  •  Standard Delivery: Flooring delivered within 1 to 3 business days across the UAE. Free for orders above AED 1,000; small charge for lower-value orders.
    -   Express Delivery: Urgent deliveries within 24 to 48 hours depending on stock and location. Contact our team for scheduling and fees.
    -   GCC Delivery: Reliable international delivery through trusted partners. Transit time up to 3 working days. Rates depend on destination and order volume.
    -   Customer Collection: Collect orders from our warehouse or nearest showroom. Usually available same or next business day depending on availability.

Important Note: UAE vs. International Delivery:

Free delivery is available only within the UAE for qualifying orders. International customers (GCC and overseas) are welcome to order, but shipping fees apply due to customs, cross-border transport, and handling requirements. All international deliveries are quoted individually to ensure fair, competitive pricing.
